One Bristol man was killed and three others were injured Saturday two miles west of Bristol. Rostell Lyons, 19-year-old Negro of 415 McDowell street, died of a broken neck after being thrown of convertible coupet in which 1938. was a passenger, police said. The car, traveling toward Bristol, was reported by eye witnesses to have turned over four times.

MRS. LOLA RIGSBY Mrs. Lola May Rigsby, 71, 810 Lamont street, died in a local hospital Sunday night from a heart ailment. She had been ill a long time. A native Jonesboro, she was the widow of the late Alexander Rigsby of Grays Station.

Two fires, both of undetermined origin, early yesterday, morning gutted Home Appliance Company, 26 Sixth street, and damaged a residence and adjoining garage located at 125 Thirteenth street.

Breaking out at approximately 4:30 a. the blaze at the Sixth street location practically destroyed the interior and severely damaged the merchandise of the appliance store. Law offices of Curtin and Haynes, situated on the second floor of the two-story brick building, were damaged by heat and water, firemen said. The Thirteenth street blaze was at the residence of Charles E. and was reported to the southside fire department around 1:12 a.
